AutoHotkey is a free, open-source macro-creation and automation software for Windows that allows users to automate repetitive tasks. It is driven by a scripting language that was initially aimed at providing keyboard shortcuts, otherwise known as hotkeys, that over time evolved into a full-fledged scripting language.

Features of AutoHotKey:

  • Automate almost anything by sending keystrokes and mouse clicks.
  • You can write a mouse or keyboard macro by hand or a macro recorder.
  • Remap keys and buttons on your keyboard, joystick, and mouse.
  • Create hotkeys for keyboard, joystick, and mouse.
  • Essentially any key, button or combination can become a hotkey.
  • Expand abbreviations as you type them.
  • For example, typing "btw" can automatically produce "by the way".
  • Retrieve and change the clipboard's contents.
  • Convert any AHK script into an executable file that can be run on computers where AutoHotkey is not installed.
  • Create custom data-entry forms, user interfaces and menu bars.
  • See GUI for details (you can use a Gui editor).
  • Automate data entry jobs by reading data from text files, XML, CSV, Excel and various database formats.
  • Read signals from hand-held remote controls via the WinLIRC client script.
  • Use the Component Object Model (COM).
  • Use array/associative array/OOP (Objects).
  • Use variadic functions.
  • Use DLL calls and Windows Messages.
  • Use Perl Compatible Regular Expressions (PCRE).
  • Use interactive debugging features and more.

Recuva is an advanced file recovery software that gets back the files that are deleted from the computer, memory card or some other flash devices. Recuva can recover pictures, music, documents, videos, emails or any other file type you’ve lost. And it can recover from any rewritable media you have: memory cards, external hard drives, USB sticks and more!

Unlike most file recovery tools, Recuva can recover files from damaged or newly formatted drives. Greater flexibility means greater chance of recovery. For those hard to find files, Recuva has an advanced deep scan mode that scours your drives to find any traces of files you have deleted.

Sometimes you want a file gone for good. Recuva secure overwrite feature uses industry- and military-standard deletion techniques to make sure your files stay erased.

Wine 1.9.24

Wine is an open source software that enables Linux, Mac, FreeBSD, and Solaris users to run Windows applications without a copy of Microsoft Windows. Wine is free software under constant development. Other platforms may benefit as well.

Wine makes it possible to take advantage of all the Unix strong points (stability, flexibility, remote administration) while still using the Windows applications you depend on. Unix has always made it possible to write powerful scripts. Wine makes it possible to call Windows applications from scripts that can also leverage the Unix environment to its full extent.

Wine makes it possible to access Windows applications remotely, even if they are a few thousand miles away. Wine makes it economical to use thin clients: simply install Wine on a Linux server, and voila, you can access these Windows applications from any X terminal. Wine can also be used to make existing Windows applications available on the Web by using VNC and its Java/HTML5 client.
Wine is O…
